Privacy Policy

ConciergeEdge ("we," "us," or "our") operates the concierge booking platform at conciergedge.com. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our services.

Information We Collect

Guest information — When a hotel concierge makes a booking, we collect the guest's name, phone number, email address (optional), party size, and any notes or preferences provided by the concierge. This information is used solely to facilitate the reservation and communicate with the guest about their booking.

Business information — We collect contact and billing information for partner businesses (restaurants, spas, wineries, and other venues) for invoicing and communication purposes.

Concierge and hotel information — We collect account information for hotel concierge staff including name, email address, and hotel affiliation for platform access and earnings tracking.

Payment information — Payment card details for partner businesses are processed and stored by Stripe, Inc. ConciergeEdge does not store or have access to raw card numbers. We store only a Stripe customer reference ID.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to operate the booking platform, send confirmation emails and SMS messages to guests and businesses, generate monthly invoices and financial reports, calculate and track earnings for concierge staff, and improve our services. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

Booking records and associated guest information are retained for 36 months following the booking date to support billing, reporting, and dispute resolution. Hotel and concierge account information is retained for the duration of the service agreement plus 12 months. Businesses may request deletion of their data by contacting us at notifications@conciergedge.com.

Data Security

All data is stored in Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL databases with encryption at rest. All network traffic is encrypted via TLS. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is certified at PCI DSS Level 1. Access to booking data is role-restricted: concierges see only their own hotel's bookings, businesses see only their own reservations, and administrative access requires authentication.

In the event of a data breach affecting personal information, we will notify affected parties within 72 hours of discovery and provide details of the affected data and remediation steps.

Guest Rights

Guests may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting us at notifications@conciergedge.com. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days. Note that deletion of booking records may affect billing dispute resolution capabilities.

SMS Messaging

Business partners who provide a phone number during registration consent to receive transactional SMS messages from ConciergeEdge. These messages include guest reservation confirmations, arrival notifications, and billing summaries. Message frequency varies based on the number of reservations made at your venue.

Message and data rates may apply. To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. To request help, reply HELP or contact us at notifications@conciergedge.com. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (database and authentication), Twilio (SMS notifications), and Vercel (hosting). Each of these services has its own privacy policy and security certifications.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active hotel and business partners by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
